We are in the heart of the action but are close to Ambleside Grasmere and Lakeside the perfect location to explore the South Lakes the most beautiful corner of England. We have off street parking although there is plenty of free parking on Park Road itself.

Number 38 is a three bedroom Penthouse. It is arranged on two floors with a large terrace on the top floor and several balconies all over looking the water. The apartment is decorated and fully furnished to the highest standard and fitted with high quality appliances. In addition there is internet access via wireless broadband and satellite television The apartment has two allocated parking spaces in the underground car park. The car park is accessed via electronic gates and from the car park the apartment can be accessed directly via a lift. There is a video phone entry system.
