These brand new loft style 1 or 2 bedroom duplex apartments are part of a stunning Victorian warehouse conversion. Located in the colourful district of Old Market within a gentle stroll of the city centre these apartments offer a convenient base for people working in the heart of Bristol. It has easy access to the financial district the city's major retail centre and Temple Meads railway station. Please note all our apartments are not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. You can reserve now with your credit card. On reservation with Late Rooms we will not debit your credit card but send you PayPal invoice by email with simple instructions. Please note that we require a security deposit of 100 before you take occupation of the apartment to cover any breakages or loss during your stay. It can be payed by cash or a cheque that will not cashed unless needed. Please note that the security deposit required may increase to 200 if you are staying for two weeks or more. Kindly bring along a photo ID for our records and identification. Checking in is by arrangement between 3.00pm to 10pm. Checking in after 10pm may incur a 15.00 call out charge.
