Warm comfortable en suite rooms with king size beds. 5 minute walk to town centre and 10 minutes walk to Derwentwater. Good freshly prepared food. We are totally non smoking. Children over the age of 5 years only accepted. Bank Holidays 3 night bookings only accepted. Please note arrival time is any time after 4 pm. Departure time is by 10 am.
