The Kitchen at the Hotel was originally designed by Gary Rhodes in the early 1980's and the Head Chef and his team create the finest freshly prepared food using mostly local produce and the Restaurant has been awarded numerous AA Rosettes. Apart from the a la carte menu the Restaurant speciality is the six course Menu Surprise which offers delicate light tasting dishes providing a meal of subtle flavours and imaginative presentation.
