From the M5 follow the signs for Torquay A38 . The A38 changes into the A380 follow the road for 3 miles. Take the Teignmouth exit B3192 follow the coast road then take A379 signposted Torquay look for the Torquay sign stay with the main road and do not follow signs for Maidencombe Village and Beach and one mile further on turn 'acute left' into Rockhouse Lane. There is a sign post to the hotel on the main A379 road at the top of Rockhouse Lane.
