Situated in a quiet residential area away from the busy main road our 4 star silver award accommodation is the ideal place for your short break in the Lake District. We are only a short walk of less than 10 mins to the Lake and 2 mins into Windermere town. All of our 8 en suite rooms have TV beverage tray bathroom ammentities hair dryer and other home comforts to compliment your stay We aim to temp you with our breakfast menu that uses award winning hand made sausages locally cured bacon and free range eggs. We also have smoked salmon with scrambled egg croissant and a large selection of cereals fresh fruit tea and coffee. We ahve off road parking and are totally non smoking. There are many quality restauraunts within walking distance from the house.

From M6 J36 follow signs to Kendal. Pick up signs to Windermere. In Windermere turn left at the Nat West Bank. Follow one way system towards Bowness. Turn left into Brook Raod. Top of Road turn right. Oldfield Road is on the left
