AT SECOND ROUND ABOUT STAY IN RIGHT HAND LANE PLAYHOUSE ON RIGHT HAND SIDE AND TAKE THIRD EXIT ONTO LONDON ROAD. TAKE IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN ONTO BLENHEIM PLACE ROYAL TERRACE. HOTEL IS LOCATED UP HILL ON RIGHT HAND SIDE.
